These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of blinkonline.ae (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order or browsing the Site, you agree to these Terms in full. This policy is issued in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 on Trading Through Modern Means of Technology (the "E-Commerce Law"), Federal Decree-Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection as amended by Federal Decree-Law No. 5 of 2023, and its Executive Regulations issued under Cabinet Resolution No. 66 of 2023.

1. About Us

Blink is operated by Blink Gaming & Gadgets Electronics Trading LLC, part of Gulf Trad B – Alrawya Holding Limited, registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. References to "Blink", "we", "us" or "our" mean this entity.

2. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old, or shopping under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account.

3. Orders & Acceptance

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only once we confirm the order by email or SMS.
• We may decline or cancel an order due to stock unavailability, a pricing or listing error, or suspected fraud — in which case any payment taken will be refunded in full.
• You must provide accurate billing, delivery and contact details. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in AED and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
• We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct, but if a genuine pricing error occurs, we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel free of charge.
• Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout, including cards and other secure online payment options. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant gateways.

5. Delivery

Delivery timeframes and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Returns, Cancellations & Warranty

Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any right or remedy available to you under the UAE Consumer Protection Law, including statutory warranty rights.

7. Digital Products & Gift Cards

Digital gift cards, game vouchers and software license keys are delivered electronically and, once the code has been revealed or redeemed, cannot be cancelled or returned except where the product is defective, invalid, or undelivered. Such products are excluded from the standard right of withdrawal in line with Article exemptions recognised under the E-Commerce Law for digital content supplied with the consumer's consent.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; resell products purchased at consumer pricing for unauthorised commercial resale where prohibited; or submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information when ordering.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the Blink name, logo, product photography, graphics and text — is owned by or licensed to Blink Gaming & Gadgets Electronics Trading LLC and protected under UAE intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or use this content without our prior written consent.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by UAE law, Blink's liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for defective products under the Consumer Protection Law.

11. Privacy & Data

We collect and process personal data in accordance with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. We do not use your data for marketing without consent and do not sell your personal information to third parties.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly with our customer care team may be referred to the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism's consumer protection channels, or to the competent courts of Dubai.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law or our operations. The version posted on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
