Return & Refund Policy

At Blink, we stand behind every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

This policy is issued in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection (as amended by Federal Decree-Law No. 5 of 2023), its Executive Regulations under Cabinet Resolution No. 66 of 2023, and Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 on Trading Through Modern Means of Technology.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is unused, unworn and undamaged.
  • Original packaging, accessories and free gifts are included.
  • You have valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
  • The product is not listed as non-returnable under Section 3 below.

2. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our customer care team within 7 days of delivery, by email or WhatsApp.
  2. Share your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. Wait for our team to review and approve the return.
  4. Pack the item securely with all original accessories and packaging.
  5. Ship or hand over the item following the instructions we send you.

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly supplied — in which case Blink covers the cost.

3. Non-Returnable Products

  • Digital gift cards and gaming vouchers (unless invalid or undelivered)
  • Activated software licenses and digital keys
  • Custom-built gaming PCs configured to order
  • Opened hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. earbuds, headsets with ear cushions)
  • Opened consumables
  • Products damaged through misuse, accident, or unauthorised repair

Digital products: if a digital code is invalid, already redeemed, or fails to work, Blink will issue a replacement code or a full refund.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds are returned to your original payment method wherever possible.
  • You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery for visibly damaged items, and as soon as a defect is discovered for hidden defects covered under statutory warranty.
  • Provide clear photos or a short video of the issue.
  • We will arrange a free replacement, repair, or full refund — your choice, where reasonably available.
  • No return shipping charges apply to defective or damaged products.

In line with UAE Consumer Protection Law, goods carry a minimum statutory warranty, and any defect that appears within the first 6 months of delivery is presumed to have existed at the time of sale.

6. Exchanges

Defective products can be exchanged for the same item where stock allows. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund instead.

7. Late or Failed Delivery

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window in our Shipping Policy, you may cancel the order for a full refund or request appropriate compensation where applicable under law.

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch.
  • Once an order has shipped, please follow the standard return process above.
  • Digital products cannot be cancelled once delivered, unless the code is defective or invalid.

9. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any right or remedy you are entitled to under UAE Consumer Protection Law or other applicable legislation. Where this policy and the law differ, your statutory rights take priority.
