We get your gaming gear and electronics to you as quickly and reliably as possible, anywhere in the UAE.
This policy is issued in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 on Trading Through Modern Means of Technology and Federal Decree-Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection, as amended.
1. Delivery Coverage
blinkonline.ae currently ships to addresses across the United Arab Emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. We do not currently ship internationally from this store — customers in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait can shop our regional Blink stores for those markets.

Delivery estimates are calculated in business days, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and UAE public holidays. Estimates may extend slightly during major sale periods, Ramadan and Eid.
3. Order Processing
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UAE time) on a business day are typically processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, and a dispatch notification once it leaves our warehouse.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you a tracking link by email or SMS so you can follow your delivery in real time. You can also reach out to our customer care team for a status update at any time.
5. Delivery Attempts & Missed Deliveries
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery to the address provided at checkout.
- If delivery cannot be completed, the courier will attempt to contact you to reschedule.
- After repeated failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse, and you may be asked to cover re-delivery costs.
6. Damaged or Missing Items on Arrival
Please inspect your order on arrival. If a package is visibly damaged, or an item is missing from your order, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve it quickly — see our Return & Refund Policy for next steps.
7. Late Delivery
If your delivery is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window above, you are entitled to cancel your order for a full refund, in line with your rights under UAE Consumer Protection Law.

We offer free standard shipping on orders above the threshold shown at checkout. Orders below that amount carry a flat shipping fee.

You'll receive a tracking link by email or SMS as soon as your order is dispatched.
Do you ship outside the UAE?
blinkonline.ae currently ships within the UAE only. For Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, visit our other regional Blink stores.
